Inspired to hand-craft outstanding wines right here in our hometown, we founded the Easton Wine Project, Easton’s first known urban winery.

Easton Wine Project is situated in the cityscape of Easton, PA, defining it as an urban winery because it’s wines are produced on-site in a city, rather than in the traditional rural vineyard environment. Having handcrafted more than 24 types of wine from dry reds and dry whites to rose and sweet, fruit varietals, we have a wine for every palate. Along with the production of our wines, our Easton Wine Project’s Silk Mill location offers 3400 square feet of event space, a full-service restaurant, and a live music venue for local artists. Guests can also enjoy a variety of craft beers on tap and cocktails featuring local spirits. With all we have to offer, Easton Wine Project at the Silk Mill is a go-to destination any day of the week.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is an urban winery?
A relatively new phenomenon whereby a wine producer chooses to locate a winemaking facility in an urban environment, rather than in the traditional rural setting near vineyards.
Where does your wine come from?
All of our wine is produced on-site in our production room. We use grapes harvested from local vineyards in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York.
Do you serve wine tastings?
Yes. Our tastings include 1-ounce pours of 5 different wines of your choosing. We will often serve these samples as a flight. At the end, we will give you a complimentary wine glass to keep.
Are your wines available for wholesale purchase?

Do you take reservations?
Yes! Reservations are not required, but strongly encouraged for Fridays and Saturdays. Make your reservation online at Host Me or call us at 610-438-2533. Reservations for parties of 9 or more will be directed to our Event Coordinator.
Are children allowed at Easton Wine Project?
Children are welcome at Easton Wine Project as long as they are well-behaved and remain seated and within sight of their guardian.
Can I celebrate my special event at Easton Wine Project?
Yes. We host a variety of special events and celebrations including birthday parties, bridal showers, baby showers, small weddings and more. Contact our Event Coordinator for more information at events@eastonwineproject.com.
